I help turn ambiguous product problems into interfaces people can understand and use. The work can start with discovery and research, continue through user journeys, information architecture and wireframes, and finish with a detailed UI system ready for implementation.

For AI and complex products, I design the behaviour around the system — not just the ideal result. That means thinking through uncertainty, empty states, errors, permissions, progress, feedback and what happens when the underlying system cannot provide the expected answer.

Design systems provide the foundation. I work with reusable components, design tokens and documented interaction patterns so new features build on a coherent system instead of creating another isolated solution.
